How do I cancel my monthly plan?

If you want to cancel your monthly plan, follow the procedures below.
1. Login to Parent's account
2. Click on "My Plan" from the left side menu
3. Click on "Manage Plan" to cancel the plan

What is a Ringle Teens user's expected time commitment for a week?

You can decide how many lessons to take according to your learner’s schedule. Each lesson consists of the following elements, and these three elements take about 2 to 3 hours:
1.Lesson Preparation: Read and listen to an article, watch a clip, and select 3 questions to answer
2.Lesson & Homework: Take either 20-min or 40-min lesson and finish it with a written assignment
3.Lesson Review: Review your lesson recording, lesson analysis, and tutor’s feedback
